Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the case of cancellation, delegate is required to inform ABIC 2009 Secretariat in writing of his/her inability to attend or any changes in enrollment. A full refund, less 20% cancellation charge, will be made to any cancellation prior to 1 August 2009. No refund will be given for cancellation on or after 1 August 2009. Refund will be made after
25 September 2009. The replacement of participant will be welcome.
