Thai-French Seminar on Fruit and Vegetable: Quality and Safety

BIOTEC, the French Embassy in Bangkok and CIRAD organized Thai-French Seminar on Fruit and Vegetable: Quality and Safety on 8 June 2006 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Seminar updated the progress of research activities in the field of post-harvest, nutrition and processing technology of fruit and vegetable in the two countries. A roundtable discussion among key scientists was held on 9 September 2005 and tentative topics of collaborative research between Thai reseachers and CNRS scientists were identified, which should lead to a formation of research collaboration between Thai and French institutes.
