BIOTEC partners with TWAS offering postdoctoral fellowships to scientists from developing countries


BIOTEC and TWAS, The Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, announced a launch of TWAS-BIOTEC Fellowship Program for Postdoctoral Research, providing fellowships to scientists from developing countries outside of Thailand to carry out postdoctoral research at BIOTEC laboratories. BIOTEC is among 11 agencies partnering with TWAS for the postdoctoral fellowship program. 

TWAS-BIOTEC Postdoctoral Fellowship provides international travel and visa expenses, as well as stipend to cover living expenses for upto 2 year research stays.  Applicants must be affiliated with a university or research centre in their home country and hold a PhD degree, no more than 5 years, in any of the following fields: molecular biology, molecular genetics, microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology and bioinformatics and related disciplines.  The deadline for receipt of applications is 15 September of each year.  For application procedure and form, please visit the following website:
