Thailand Tropical Diseases Research Programme (T-2) is a funding agency established in January 1997 under the interagency cooperation and participation between three research organizations, the TRF, NSTDA/BIOTEC and TDR/WHO. The mission of T-2 is to combat 7 tropical diseases and other appropriate diseases in Thailand through the promotion of discovery and development of new medical products and through technology transfer by strengthening collaborative activities between Thai and foreign scientists.
