BIOTEC has established multiple laboratories for conducting research and/or providing technical services. Some laboratories act as stand-alone research centers in their own right, while others are collaborative ventures set up jointly with government agencies and universities. BIOTEC’s research units and specialized laboratories conduct basic and applied research covering a wide spectrum from agricultural science to biomedical science and environmental science.
