Group Registration Email Communications:<\/strong><\/span>
\nONLY a group representative will receive the acknowledgement email. Once the registration payment has been completed, both the group representative and the group participants will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code. Please save this email for future reference.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paper Submission:<\/strong><\/span>
\nFor group representatives who plan to submit a paper, please create a new paper submission account by using a different email.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For participants who are group members and plan to submit a paper, you are required to create a separate paper submission account before entering registrant information through the group registration method.<\/span><\/p>\n

Changing GROUP to INDIVIDUAL Registration:<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf you mistakenly signed up for Group Registration without adding any participants to the list, you have the option to switch to INDIVIDUAL Registration. To do so, simply click on the “Go to Individual Registration” button located at the bottom of the group registration page.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

However, if you have already added participants to the list, the system will not allow you to convert this account to INDIVIDUAL Registration. Should you wish to proceed with INDIVIDUAL Registration, please create a new registration account using a different email and password. You can then proceed with the registration process using this new account.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
