Remarks:
- These fees are ‘per person’
- Group Registration: ONLY available for 3 or more Thai general delegates from the same organization.
- Conference fees include lunches and refreshments during event days.
- All Thai delegates from government organizations that require e-Receipts in their own TAX ID (rather than the TAX ID of the organization) must pay registration fees plus VAT 7%.
- To be eligible for the Thai student rate; please provide us a copy of your student card with the registration ID by email to the conference secretariat.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 1% withholding tax has been exempted, as BIOTEC, NSTDA is a government organization.
- In case of credit card payment, please note that
- Debit cards and credit cards for organization are not accepted.
- Not to press the submit button a second time for payments.
- When you make the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email once the transaction is completed. This may take up to 1 week since Bangkok Bank will need to make some additional checks before accepting the payment.
- In case of international wire transfer payment, please note that
- the registration fee is NOT included transfer fee charged by the intermittent bank and recipient bank.
- A scanned copy of the international transfer receipt must clearly indicate the registrant’s full name and be uploaded to the registration system.
- When you make the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email once the transaction is completed. This may take up to 2-3 weeks since Bangkok Bank will need to make some additional checks before accepting the payment.
- Please note that the registration is completed when payment has been processed.
- Please note that the date on the e-Receipt/e-Tax Invoice will be the date that we receive the payment.
- NSTDA has been granted permission to create electronic receipts (e-Receipts), which are an original and legally binding accounting document.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, he or she can be replaced by someone else from the same institute/organization. Notification must be received by the conference secretariat in writing via e-mail. There can be NO REFUNDS, and the registrant is not eligible for any refund for a transaction they made, regardless of the reason.
