Position 1: Study on mechanism of polyunsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis of copepod as live feed in aquaculture
Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for the characterization of the mechanism of PUFA biosynthesis of copepod including investigation of the molecular pathway of fatty acid biosynthesis in copepod and analysis of the lipid accumulation and fatty acid composition during different developmental stages of copepod.
Eligibility/Specific Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Expertise and experience in molecular biology techniques are highly desirable.
Position 2: Identification of phage-displayed peptides specific to shrimp allergens
Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for phage screening, characterization, and biosensors development.
Eligibility/Specific Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Biosensors.
Position 3: Development of molecular markers using information from QTL-SEQ and RNA-SEQ
Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for using information from QTL-seq, RNA-seq, GBS, RAD-seq for marker development used as marker-assisted selection
Eligibility/Specific Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics.
