Assistant Professor Dr. Chaowaree Adthalungrong received her Ph.D., focusing in Food Microbiology from Kansas State University, USA. in 2005. After graduation, she joined the Faculty of Science at Silpakorn University as a lecturer in the Department of Microbiology. During her academic career, she held several executive positions at the university, including Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Science, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Vice President for Quality Assurance in Education. Additionally, she served on the Executive Board of Silpakorn University, the University Council, and the Executive Board of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand. In these roles, she spearheaded academic and research activities, quality assurance, and strategic planning for organizational development. Her contributions have earned her the Outstanding Alumni Award from the Faculty of Science at Kasetsart University in 2015 and recognition in the DPST Hall of Fame in 2016.<\/p>

Assistant Professor Dr. Adthalungrong places importance on policy-making and strategic development to enhance organizational quality. She initiated the implementation of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at Silpakorn University, leading to its selection by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) for the EdPEx200 at the institutional level in 2021. She has also served as an EdPEx Assessor for MHESI since 2021. Currently, she is the Executive Director of the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC) at the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
