{"id":10827,"date":"2016-07-05T16:33:06","date_gmt":"2016-07-05T09:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biotec.or.th\/home\/?p=10827"},"modified":"2020-10-07T22:44:56","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T15:44:56","slug":"international-workshop-on-microbial-utilization-and-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biotec.or.th\/home\/en\/international-workshop-on-microbial-utilization-and-management\/","title":{"rendered":"International Workshop on Microbial Utilization and Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 24-28 February 2016, BIOTEC organized the International Workshop on Microbial Utilization and Management: Sustainable utilization of bioresources for a growing bioeconomy at Sirindhorn Science Home, Thailand Science Park.<br>The Workshop addresses the management systems of bioresource research centers which is the major foundation of bioeconomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.biotec.or.th\/en\/images\/stories\/News\/2016\/International_Workshop_on_Microbial_Utilization\/International_Workshop_on_Microbial_Utilization.jpg\" alt=\"International Workshop on Microbial Utilization\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to speakers from BIOTEC, there were 8 international experts contributing to the lecture session of this workshop from National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE), Japan; Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCAS); World Data Centre for Microorganisms (WDCM); World Federation for Culture Collections (WFCC), French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and Wageningen University &amp; Research Centre. Lab session on fungal identification was held on 27-28 February with expert team from NITE.
