The policies are designed to harness the country’s natural assets with utmost care for the environment, ensuring sustainable growth. This commitment aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation’s policy led by Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister, emphasizing \u201cmarket-driven research and innovation\u201d that addresses the country’s pivotal issues.<\/p>\n

BIOTEC-NSTDA’s Durian Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment. In collaboration with the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE)’s Rayong Provincial Agricultural Extension Office, BIOTEC-NSTDA’s Biocontrol Technology Research Team jointly organized a training workshop titled \u2018Harnessing Nature’s Arsenal: Mastering Disease and Pest Management in Durian through Biological Solutions.\u2019 This workshop offered a step-by-step, comprehensive approach to pest and disease management in durian fields by harnessing the power of biological products. It reduces the reliance on chemical usage and addresses the challenge of detecting chemical residues, ultimately enhancing the quality of durian to meet international export standards.<\/p>\n
