lecture was delivered by <strong>Prof. Dr. Chang Yaw-Nan from the Department of Biotechnology, National Formosa University, Taiwan.<\/strong> He discussed the design concept of health-oriented flavored coffee enriched with Bioactive Peptides (BAPS) derived from fermentation with lactic acid bacteria (LAB), which helps produce beneficial
