18pt;\">Overview<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rice is an economically important plants in Thailand. However, Thailand encounters rice fraud problem, affecting to the consumers and reputation of our country in the global market. Although DNA technology is effective to be used in rice adulteration, there is no effective detection method to detect the same rice variety collected from different geographical locations. Hence, this is essential to develop a rice traceability method to trace back the rice cultivating location efficiently. In this project, we aim to develop metabolite profile of rice collected from different geographical locations using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry coupling with multivariate statistical analysis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ac0b1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8ac0b1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #209be3;\"><strong>Aim &amp; Scope<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1. To optimize metabolite extraction and fingerprinting methods using LC orbitrap fusion tribrid mass spectrometer for improving discrimination range of the rice cultivated in different provinces<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.
