NSTDA Technology Management Center (TMC) implements several mechanisms to promote development of high-tech business and commercialization of research results. These are:

Technology Licensing Office (TLO) is responsible for licensing of the intellectual property resulting from NSTDA researchers and NSTDA research fund.

NSTDA Investment Center (NIC) is responsible for promoting investment in science and technology by co-investing in a joint venture or a spinoff with the ultimate goal of benefiting Thailand’s economy and society.

Industrial Technology Assistance Program (ITAP)

assists local enterprises to meet the challenges in introducing technology-based products and processes. ITAP services include industrial consultancy services, technical training and seminars, techno-business matching, technology acquisition, provision of industrial and technology information, and linkage to other industrial service organizations.

NSTDA Company Directed Technology Development Program (CD)

provides financial support in the form of low-interest loans to industrial operators who want to do research and development in order to develop new products, improve manufacturing processes, set up a laboratory, conduct reverse engineering and commercialize research breakthroughs.

NSTDA-University-Industry Research Collaboration (NUI-RC)

is a program providing graduate scholarships to a student whose work is a collaborative research between academic and industry.
