Remarks:

  1. These fees are ‘per person’.
  2. Conference fees include lunches and refreshments during event days. 
  3. All Thai delegates from government organizations that require e-Receipts in their own TAX ID (rather than the TAX ID of the organization) must pay registration fees plus VAT 7%.
  4. To be eligible for the Thai student rate; please provide us a copy of your student card with the registration ID by email to the conference secretariat.

Group Registration Email Communications:
ONLY a group representative will receive the acknowledgement email. Once the registration payment has been completed, both the group representative and the group participants will receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code. Please save this email for future reference.

 

Paper Submission:
For group representatives who plan to submit a paper, please create a new paper submission account by using a different email.

 

For participants who are group members and plan to submit a paper, you are required to create a separate paper submission account before entering registrant information through the group registration method.

 

Changing GROUP to INDIVIDUAL Registration:
If you mistakenly signed up for Group Registration without adding any participants to the list, you have the option to switch to INDIVIDUAL Registration. To do so, simply click on the “Go to Individual Registration” button located at the bottom of the group registration page.

 

However, if you have already added participants to the list, the system will not allow you to convert this account to INDIVIDUAL Registration. Should you wish to proceed with INDIVIDUAL Registration, please create a new registration account using a different email and password. You can then proceed with the registration process using this new account.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

  • 1% withholding tax has been exempted, as BIOTEC, NSTDA is a government organization.
  • In the case of credit card payment, please note that
    • Debit cards and credit cards for organizations are not accepted
    • Not to press the submit button a second time for payments
    • When you make the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email once the transaction is completed. This may take up to 2-3 days since Bangkok Bank will need to make some additional checks before accepting the payment.
  • In case of wire transfer payment, the registration fee is NOT included the money transfer fee charged by the intermittent bank and recipient bank, please note that
    • A copy of the local or international transfer receipt must be indicated with the exact name of the registrants and e-mailed to the conference secretariat.
    • When you make the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email once the transaction is completed. This may take up to 1 – 2 weeks since Bangkok Bank will need to make some additional checks before accepting the payment.
  • Please note that the registration is completed when payment has been processed.
  • Please note that the date on the e-Receipt will be the date that we receive the payment.
  • When the payment is completed, an automatic conference invitation letter will be issued and can be downloaded from your account. A presentation invitation letter will be issued manually to those who are presenters; please email your request to the conference secretariat.
  • NSTDA has been granted permission to create electronic receipts (e-Receipts), which are original and legally binding accounting documents.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, he or she can be replaced by someone else from the same institute/organization. Notification must be received by the conference secretariat in writing via e-mail. There can be NO REFUNDS, and the registrant is not eligible for any refund for a transaction they made, regardless of the reason.
