On 21 November 2016, BIOTEC held the Opening Ceremony of Short Course on Biotechnology Study for Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. The course is designed for 18 ITB students from 5 departments under the School of Life Sciences and Technology to understand the basic knowledge on biotechnology for future study and career as well as to see the prospects of using biotechnology to help improve the quality of people’s lives and society.
This 5-day course is the initiative by BIOTEC and ITB which consisted of the overview of BIOTEC and Thailand Science Park in addition to BIOTEC research laboratories and fieldwork sites visit.
