BIOTEC is seeking 1 position for a post-doctoral researcher in the areas of molecular biology, plant breeding, and bioinformatics. Position 1: Identification of genes/sequences and molecular factors involved in cold tolerance and development of molecular markers used for selection Job description:The candidate will be responsible for RNA-sequencing and QTL-sequencing analysis including identification of novel transcripts, alternative splicing variants, and epigenetic controls related to cold tolerance in rice. Eligibility/Specific Qualifications: The candidate should have experiences in molecular breeding, gene expression, and RNA-sequencing and QTL-sequencing data analysis. Importantly, the candidate must have good commands of English (reading and writing). This position is open to Thai and International applicants.
